My name is kunal Rathod From Ahmedabad, As i am a customer of reliance broadband in vejalpur, ahmedabad…
Here i want to complaint against it that their service is too bad for broadband connection as we have to wait 2 to 3 days and when customer care representative was never authorized person to give the right answer to us…when i request to terminate my connection becoz of bad service and demand to refund my deposite they will give us assurance that they will refund my deposit and due to there is no internet connection in my home i cant do my online work and i had to bare 10k loss…when today 7th of jan 2016 i called the guy from Reliance Names Mr.Sachin who is the responsible for refund and set at Prahladnagar Branch , Ahmedabad….He was talk like he would never refund it and said our procedure is min 90 days for it and when i ask there is no such details provide me when i talked on customer care service then he told me that he was busy and cut the phone….
Now i want my deposit refund which is 1500rs and 10k compensation which is due to bad service of reliance…please help me or guide me to what to do…
