My name is Jasmin A. Shah, I am using Reliance – Internet Dongle since very long time,
Since, 20th June, 2015 … My reliance dongle not working properly … I was not connected at speed of 3.2 MBPS which was promised and was using till date … I am getting only 230 kbps spped …
I have made several phone calls to customer care – 30335555 since 20th June, 2015.
They have lodge my complaint on 24th June, 2015 — Customer Complaint Number = 234746313
After lodging complaint … I am getting same reply on daily basis that, we are working on your complaint and it will be resolved shortly.
Till date I am facing same problem … My complaint is till not resolved … I have also made email communication to customer care of RCOM.
Without Internet connection, my lots of work has been held up, facing lots of trouble and also too much harassment to me. I request you to intervene into the matter and kindly do something for justice to me.
