Subject : Harassment to Customer, Service Related issues and Compensation for Stoppage of services.

Respected Sir/Madam,

With reference to above subject I have to inform you that due to DSA call for Reliance Services I Shifted my Services from Airtel to Reliance after submitting necessary documents as asked. I Applied on my Partnership firm name Dalal & Associates which Airtel Service was already running in my four mobile numbers i.e. 9879558059, 9825056154, 9879560505 and 7600012316. On 25/11/2015 I submitted all documents and on 02/12/2015 I received message Welcoming to reliance so have to verify the numbers.
I Harshit Dalal one of the partner of Dalal & Associates asked to DSA for nano sim which he submitted me late on 03/12/2015 morning 11.00 am so as said I started verifying the numbers. Only two sim got detected from 3 provided and the mistake was the number for which I asked for nano sim was full sim and nano was given for another sim number which is of my father 9825056154. So I asked DSA so he told me he is providing me another nano sim for my mobile number and that whole day I called for solution to start my sim as my client are calling but its switch off so at 7.00 pm one of reliance executive called me and told that you have to go the reliance outlet there you will get solution so I told you should tell me before the whole day you took and then you are saying I have to go reliance store. the next day it got solved but still some of client complaint that your cell is switched off we called so many times so I lodged a complaint for that and customer care people said we are getting issue today will solve within 72 hours. So 2 full days I suffered for this. Also the worst part is the 4th number which is 7600012316 is of my mother is still not working I called so many times to DSA for that but 1-2 times he told I will give you new sim as still its not verified so than you can start your services but than after 2-3 days constantly I called but not picked up my phone so today its 9th December, 2015 still the fourth sim has not been started. Now the worst to worst part is also some person from reliance visited my office on 7th December for verification process and verified my office but today I received messageat 8.00 pm that your address has negatively verified so without giving any time they stopped my services at 10.00 pm which is very disgusting. I called customer care but they said I have to visit nearest outlet for the same I asked to give your manager how can you stop the services as its already been verified but they did not transfer as I wait on call for 13 minutes. So this much of mental harassment upto what people can bear this was outside my limit so now Consumer Protection is my last option.

So please I request you to help me out because like me many people suffers but they don’t have time for justice but after all What Reliance Communication provides and how they serve should be known by all. Also DSA agent is Capital Growth person whose visting card I am attaching herewith who is not picking up my phones since a week.

Also I visited Reliance Customer Care office on 10/12/2015 main office at Prahladnagar in Ahmedabad and they said your address is negative verified so we stopped your service and without any documents they made it positive after 2 hours so I visited at 12.00 pm and they started my services at 2.00 pm, so what was the reason and why they stopped it, they gave me request ID 1016132 but no reason was given why they stopped and for what purpose. Also I called customer care today that is 10/12/2015 and asked to change my plan, as when I gave application I selected 197 plan in 3 numbers and only in 9879558059 selected 297 plan but its DSA mistake or Reliance People mistake I don’t know but they started 397 plan in all 4 numbers which was not at all my choice. Also I requested DSA agent and send sms received from reliance for 397 plan too that wrong plan has been started so please tell to change the plan but no response till the week and same plan is running so who is responsible for the same and why should I bear the same cost of 397.

Also if I will not get proper solution within a week so upto 16/12/2015 I will keep this issue on social media too so everyone can know and for that only Reliance will be responsible as they should know that even a single customer should be important as “Customer is God” so don’t treat like anything.
