My Complaint Description:
I am Maulik Patel. I have Reliance GSM Prepaid Number 9016240010. On 14th December 2015, I did top-up recharge of Rs 110. I also got confirmation SMS for the same, but balance was not reflected in my Main Balance. Again on 15th December 2015 I did top-up recharge of Rs 70. I also got confirmation SMS for the same, but balance was not reflected in my account. When I tried to check my last recharge information on toll free number 198, It confirmed that my last recharge was Rs 70. So in past 4 days I did successful recharge and still my account is not reflected with that balance.

I tried contacting Reliance customer care on 30333333 and 198 (toll free) too many times in last 4 days, but either IVR replied that they could not attend my call due to technical reason, or when I was able to contact customer care successfully they are again different reasons like "I will get my balance if few hours", "Please call after 2 hours", "We have some technical issues", etc. They even did not took my complaint.

FROM PAST 4 DAYS I AM UNABLE TO MAKE ANY CALLS FROM MY MOBILE.

Now I dont have any balance in account and I am unable to make any calls from last 3 days. I have sent my complaint on there email address also and also registered complaint on there website, but still not resolved. They even didn't tried to contact me or replied me to my emails.

Please help me resolve this issue and take strict actions against the company.
