I BOUGHT MY SONY XPERIA E3 DUAL IMEI NO. 35644606730758 FROM UMIYA MOBILE RAJKOT DATED : 08/04/2015 WORTH RS. 9600. I LOST IT IN TRAIN BETWEEN SURAT TO KIM STATION AT 02/06/2015.NOT WITHIN JUST 2 MONTHS FROM PURCHASING THE PHONE. I COMPLAINED IT ABOUT SONY CARE TO INFORM ME ABOUT THE CURRENT LOCATION OF THE PHONE. BUT THEY REFUSED TO TAKE ANY ACTION ON THIS. THEY ADVISE ME TO SUBMIT AN F.I.R. ABOUT THE LOST PHONE. RAJKOT POLICE REFUSED TO TAKE THE F.I.R. D.C.B. BRANCH RAJKOT HAS JUST ACCEPTED JUST A WRITTEN APPLICATION DATED 04/06/2015. I REQUESTED ALL THE TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANIES LIKE VODAFONE, BSNL, AIRTEL AND DOCOMO. BUT THEY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING WITHOUT REGISTERING F.I.R. SO KINDLY HELP ME ABOUT THIS AND HELP ME TO TAKE MY PHONE BACK TO ME SOON
RS. 9600 IS VERY VALUABLE TO ME, SO KINDLY HELP ME TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.
