My Complaint Description:
Unnecessarily activate VAS services from their own side every other week and deduct money. When, I call the customer care, they sometimes return a little of deducted amount and in the evening cut the money again and then they say we wont return any amount. My number is 8591762021.

Today morning, I called customer care, he said the money is returned back and all services are removed. the money to be returned was Rs.20 but when i saw then only Rs. 10 came back and then in the evening when I switched on my mobile after office hours, again Rs. 10 was deducted from my balance.

Now, when i called customer service, their response was " You activated service and money will not be returned". When I said my mobile was switched off as mobile is not allowed in my office and I just switched on my mobile then their response was, we cant help you. We wont be returning your money.

This is a utter case of fraud and cheat. Reliance is cutting small amounts but at large scale and this has happened to me at multiple times. I am fed up now and want some help to take action against Reliance
