My Complaint Description:
Hello sir/madam,
I bought a lumia 720 one and half year back. When it was about to complete a year, I paid 525 rupees to Nokia care centre I.e shiv communications which is situated in Gandhinagar for the warranty upgradation for another year. I am having the receipt for the same.
But one day the touch of the phone started having trouble. I went to the Nokia care centre for this trouble to be solved. At that Time I came to know that the warranty upgradation was not done by shiv communication though I paid the money 5 months back. Now the system is not showing my phone under warranty. So I am not getting the service under warranty. I am very dissatisfied with this kind of behaviour of the Nokia care centre. And main important thing to be noticed is that Nokia care centre shiv communication is not there , I mean the owner has been changed and they are not giving a proper reply.
I complained about this to Microsoft customer care 25 days back. I tried to connect 10 to 15 times after the complaint done. But from their side, no call back is arranged till date.
With trust I am complaining to the GRAHAK SURAKSHA that the complaint will be taken seriously.
