My Complaint Description:
We have been using Reliance broadband since few years. We had requested them to disconnect our broadband service on 17th April 2015 after paying and clearing all the previous month dues. Their customer care executive had assured us that we will get a call within 48 hours and our internet service will be disconnected within next 7 days and had given us a registered request ID 232332272 too.
We followed up again on 29th April and their executive once again assured us that our request will be executed soon but there was no response from their side even after that.
When they issued a new bill in May without attending our disconnection request we once again sent them an email too along with our contact details.

They still did not bother to respond to our request even once and were busy generating new bills. Though we did not accept their bills in the month of May as well as June and just returned it back with our courier boy; but they still kept generating bills. And so after receiving the July bill we once again communicated to them. And to our surprise their reply was that "Your services are temporarily suspended from our side due to non-payment of previous due amount of Rs.133/- and we request you to make the payment in order to restore your service at the earliest. However, the current outstanding amount in your account is Rs. 346.19/- and due date for the same is 06-08-2015. The request regarding service cancellation registered with Service Request ID 232332272 has been closed due to some technical issue."

Just imagine Reliance is such a big Looter. I mean our cancellation request has been closed due to technical issues and their bill generation is continuing. And we have mentioned all our communication details yet there is no response from their side, not even once for cancellation request. What a type of service is this. And we have had many such bad experiences with reliance communications that is the reason we wanted to disconnect. We are already using BSNL since 3 months. They might have poor service but no hidden charges and no LOOT unlike RELIANCE which believes in Looting the customer.
