I am a customer of xolo mobile. 8 months ago i brought a new xolo Q1010i mobile. but before 2 month the touch of my mobile is not working properly. so submit my mobile in customer care center.company give me new lava alfa L mobile. new mobile was already dammage it's touch is also not working properly. i submit that mobile 4 times in 2 month. i request company that please change my mobile and give me a new xolo mobile. but company employee is not take my problem seriously. so i kindly requests to you what can i do for that mobile? please give me reply on my mail or my contact no. 7878770399.
