I HAVE PURCHASED MOBILE AS ON 13/12/2015 THE DETAILS FOR THE SAME ARE MENTIONED BELOW:-

SERIAL NO:- RZ8GA0QZANM (354733070472665)
WARRANTY STATUS:- FULL WARRANTY AS ON 27/05/2016
I AM FACING PROBLEM IN SPIKER FROM LAST FEW DAYS, I HAVE CONTACT SERVICE CENTER AS ON 24/05/2016 THE SERVICE PERSON HAS CHANGED MY HEADPHONE AND GAVE ME A NEW HEADPHONE DUE TO ITS UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD.
AFTER THIS INCIDENT I AM AGAIN FACING THE SAME PROBLEM AND CONTACT THE SERVICE CENTER AS ON 27/05/2016, THIS TIME AS PER HIM THE FAULT WAS IN MOBILE AND HE KEPT MY CELLPHONE FOR FURTHER SERVICE.
TILL TODAY I HAVE REPETADLLY CONTACT AND VISIT HIS SERVICE CENTER BUT I NEVER RECEIVE A CONCRETE ANSWER FROM HIM, HOWEVER ONLINE STATUS OF MY MOBILE IS SAWING THAT "REPAIR IMPOSSIBLE DUE TO PART DNA" ALONG WITH TRACKING NO:-42114860163 YOU CAN ALSO CHECK THE SAME WITH THIS NO AND ABOVE MODEL AND MOBILE DETAILS.
