My Complaint Description:
I am using net of GTPL since last 4 months or so. From last saturday i.e from 30th July,2016 to 2nd August 2016 my internet is not working on regular basis. It works only for 2-3 hours a day and remains out of order for remaining time. I am calling them on each day for the dates mentioned above but on Saturday they replied their system is slow and said it will start at evening but again no internet connection even after their said time. I registered complain on Saturday but they even refused to accept it and give me my complain no. Again on monday evening i Called them and got my complain registerd. They said that they will solve my problem with in 24 hours but still its not been solved even after 36 hours been passed. I request to take proper steps against service provider called GTPL for not providing proper service to customer and making customer frustrated for no internet connection when required.
