My Complaint Description:
I just activated plan of Rs 49 in which i should get 2p/3sec scheme according to your *141# information. But i got 40p/min plan.
I called customer care for the same, some one picked up call and i described my query he just told me i will transfer your call to superwiser and put me on hold for 10 min, ten call got dropped
I am very frustrated with this.
