With reference to the subject mentioned account details, please note we are facing serial problem since 13/06/2014 Saturday. Please note we are having 6 service including landline and internet broad band services. When we entered in our office we found your internet service is not working properly. so many time we dialed a customer care and the complaint number is : 234508310, but from Saturday to till date our problem not been solved by your any customer service or technical team, from customer service department we are getting so many commitment for solve this problem but no result.
for your kind information we are in shipping and logistics trade, without internet connection we can work, since Saturday my all office staff is coming in office regularly but no single job done because of very very poor service of reliance internet service, we are paying to our staff and also doing business loss because no connection of internet, who will be responsible for this? and your customer service executive also committed to my person that once “your service will be solved in 24 hours, if it will not then we will pay the losses and give return money which is paid by us to reliance” you knows that your customer call are getting record if you feel to hear it then you can it is in your hand only.
We understand this is not possible by any company but why customer service executive giving wrong commitment? Anyways we are just requesting you to solve my problem and start my service any how in 2 hours pls.

I hope my problem will be solve in next two hour, even i have trust on nodal officer to who has right to solve my problem in few time.
