2) Lenovo Vibe X2-AP- IMEI No. 865375020117768. Purchase Date : 05.06.2015 in the Name of Samar Shah
I have Purchased Lenovo Vibe X2-AP on 05.06.2015 from Flip Kart and delivered to us on 08.06.2015. IMEI No. 865375020117768. Invoicing in the name of Customer SAMAR SHAH, GANDHINAGAR, INDIA .
After 3 Months on 20.09.2015 Mobile had a problem of Touch not proper working and given to the Service Centre in Ahmedabad (Prompt Solutions, 201, 2nd Floor, Aarya Arcade, Mitahkhali Six Road, Navarangpura, Ahmedabad, India. Tel No. 079-40371967 & 079- 26561602) for repair under Service Center Work Order No. LAT/LO/15/02818 Dt. 29.09.2015 .
After a Lot of Follow-up with the Service Centre, after 20 days, Service centre people say that Touch screen problem has been resolved and Battery problem is there, hence Battery to be replace. Hence i had given back to them for replacement of Battery. Till date i have not receive any proper response from Service centre, it has already been taken 40 days time.
Today i got feedback from Service centre, people is asking that approval for Battery and Battery is not received from Company, it has been taken 15 days, i understand that if any material or any part from any country shall be received within 5 to 8 days time but still not receive parts from company that is surprise.
SIR , SINCE AFTER 40 DAYS OUR MOBILE IS LYING AT SERVICE CENTRE : – VERY POOR RESPONSE FROM YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE –
COMPLAIN TWICE THROUGH CUSOTMER CARE HOT LINE : NO. 1800 3000 7678
EVERY TIME I GOT THE SAME STERO TYPE ANSWER THAT YOUR COMPLAINT HAS BEEN NOTED , AND WILL CALL BACK . BUT NO ONE HAS YET TURNED UP.
MY QUESTION IS THAT WHY YOUR COMPANY IS NOT REPLACING THE BATTERY AND SEND A APPROVAL TO SERVICE CENTRE OR WHY THEY ARE NOT SEND BATTERY IMMEDIATELY TO SERVICE CENTRE.
MY QUESTION IS THAT WHY SUCH POOR SERVICES FROM THE LENOVO CUSTOMER CARE.
NO ONE IS GIVING THE EXACT DATE WHEN MY PHONE WILL BE RETURNED TO ME , ITS ALMOST 40 DAYS. .
I WOULD REQUEST TO LENOVO –
ADVICE ME WHEN I RETURN BACK MY MOBILE FROM SERVICE CENTRE.
TO FREE REPLACEMENT OF THIS PRODUCT AND ALLOT ME NEW MOBILE :
TO EXTEND THE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR FURTHER 2 MONTHS SINCE PHONE IS LYING AT SERVICE CENTER SINCE LONG.
TO REFUND MY MONEY BACK –
