My Complaint Description:
I had purchased (online)Yu Yureka mobile from Amazon.in by registration on date 26.02.2015.
After three months it developed heating problem. After frequent calls @ 1860-212-2122 no satisfactory result.
And after 6 months it developed problem of touch scree not working properly. We have called many times, they advised for re-start, re-formatting etc. But not satisfactory result found. Both the problems of heating & No proper working of Touch screen area same.
After frequent calls, they agree to replace the mobile and generated following tickets

Important points –

But till date no body came to replace the mobile. We have tried yesterday evening also, they again advised us for wait for two weeks.
In view of the above you are requested kindly to intervene so that we can get our defective mobile replaced.
