My Complaint Description:
I recharge my aircel prepaid mobile no.- 7301342252 with Rs. 55 as on 17/10/2015 on 1:12 PM.
The new account balance was Rs. 62.78 as on above mention date after rechage. But When I Checked my account balance as on today i.e. as on 02/12/2015 on 11:30 AM it shows only Rs. 0.07 while during this above mentioned period I make a only one local call on this following mobile no.- 8083107483 and the call duration was only 1minute 23 seconds.
Please tell us how my acoount balance reduces in this way. I am worried lsat 2 days.
