Dear Sir/Madam,

I had a 2 Dish TV DTH Connection since last 5 years but last month Dish TV have stopped 1 of my connection stating that it is an international connection but I am staying in Ahmedabad then how come the connection becomes international connection.The connection was deactivated for 15 days I have written so many mails and even called up but every time there customer care people gave wrong commitments and did not solved it.Finally I purchased a new connnection of Tata Sky worth 2000 Rs. But I have continue the other connection of Dish TV which was active.Now from last couple of days they are stopping the connection even after recharge.Every day at morning there is an error from there side 401 which asks to send a sms on 57575 which cost daily 3 Rs after sending the message the problem get resolved.

I have talk with one of dish tv person 3 days back he committed that the problem will get resolved within 4 hours.But after that still the same problem happens.Now they are asking that they will send and technican and charges of him I am supposed to pay.Now I don't understand if it is technical problem then the TV would not work but after 20 Minutes it automatically get started.If the fault is from there side then why should customer bear for it.

I have already spent 2000rs for Tata sky DTH now these people are harassing by this way if such service continues i need to purchase again a new Tata SKY DTH.

I have all the written mail communications with Dish TV and even recorded last 2 calls of the Dish TV Personnel.

I request you to please look into the same.
