Aircel Complaint – Want Proper Action Against Aircel For UNWANTED SERVICE ACTIVATION And Balance Deduction

Subject: want proper action against aircel for UNWANTED SERVICE ACTIVATION and balance deduction
My Name: Joy Das
My Contact Email ID: [email protected]
My City: Shyamnagar, west bengal
My Complaint Against: aircel
Complaint Category: Aircel Complaints
Claim Amount (Approx.): rs 5/- got deducted from my balance for each unwanted service
My Complaint Description:
Dear sir,
whenever I recharge my number my balance get deducted due to some unwanted service activation without my knowledge. my mobile no – 7687868821. I need to clear that I was not at all responsible for activation of those services. each time I get a message "THANKS FOR USING AIRCEL SERVICE" & I discover that Rs.5 has been deducted from my balance. There are also some other services and obviously without my knowledge gets activated automatically. I am facing this issue in some other aircel numbers too. Can u please explain how these things are happening in a repeated manner.I've called customer care several times but they can't provide any explanation though in some cases I was able to get back the money. My point is that the service i don't want should not be activated and if aircel is doing that then this is completely wrong, this is cheating , this is stealing the money from people, they have to refund it. I'm absolutely disgusted & now I fear to recharge my no. Because if I recharge then my balance will be gone due to activation of these bullshit unwanted services.

Now can you please look into this matter & please take strict action and by the way on 01-06-2015 the same thing happened and Rs.5 was deducted from my balance and the money is not refunded yet. So I want the refund of my money. Looking forward for your sincere reply.
