My Complaint Description:
Me & my husband had applied for GURUKUL CUG plan. They applied it to my husband but in my no they applied wrong plan. So all the calls from my phone to my husband's phone and vise versa was charged for June,July & August. I mailed them & they accepted their mistake & promised to do settlement in next bill cycle. Instead of all the email communications & reminder in current bill it is not settled. I am dealing with this since 4 months. Company people accept their fault but are not doing settlement of my money. I have all email communications with me. I need my money re embursed with interest and taxes for all for months & compensation for all inconvenience in 4months.
