My Complaint Description:
There is a disconnection issue of INTERNET for the below information account, which is not getting resolved after many requests of Engineer Visit at my home address.
Each time the customer representative on calling them ; takes the time to check the connection and says that, " himself is ESCALATING the complaint. and engineer will come till tomorrow end of the day." (This answer i am listening since 29 October to 9 November).
The mobile number and name of engineer given to me after calling on customer care is of the person named ABHIJIT PATIL and the number of him is SWITCHED OFF since last ONE MONTH !!
I got FED UP with this TEMPLATE and STANDARD answer every-time i call on customer care number.
I want strong action to be taken related to the engineer visit as soon as possible. BECAUSE THERE HAS BEEN DISCONNECTION APPROXIMATELY for 13-15 DAYS NOW!
And I am not going to pay the "FULL 30 days bill" as i have not been able use internet for almost 13-15 days now.
Disconnection since 29 October 2015 – Today is 10 November 2015.
