My Complaint Description:
We are using Tata Fibre Connection for which we are paying 1999 monthly plus also using static ip which cost us 3000 P/A.
We have opted for 16Mbps plan monthly .
But since last august we are not getting intermet connectivity ay mentioned speed that is 16 mbps and at point no internet at all .
because of this we have to face lot of trouble .we have made complaint to Tata docomo call center complain id (499649279)
