My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir

I have purchased a mobile phone from Snapdeal on 28th Sep 2015 for 8549 and they were offering scheme of 10% cashback while using sbi debit/credit card. As per their advertisement they are going to give cashback on or before 30th Nov 2015. I called them thrice before 30th Nov 2015 regarding cashback and they said they will credit the cashback on 30th Nov 2015. After 30th Nov 2015 I didn't receive any cashback and I am calling them and raising query online since then but they are not attending my query anymore and they are saying that I should consult with sbi as they have already processed cashback from sbi as per their calls. As I was offered cashback from snapdeal they should give me cashback not sbi.
