My Complaint Description:
Dear sir,

My name is Ghanchi Azharuddin. I am having complaint-paid connection of TATA DOCOMO.(O8866032652)

I have been depositing my bill amount within 6 days of generated bill from first bill generated. i have also deposited 300 rs. as deposit amount. From 2 month, they charge me unethically charges 170 rs. extra. (for 1 second 50 rs. respectively 170)

I am complaining against company because they torture me to pay bill thrice in a day from 15 days approx.
I have requested their collection agent that i am ready to pay my bill amount by deducting (300 deposit amount + 170 extra charge) 902-470(300+170)=432 and also requested to them to close the connection.

But they are not ready to close the connection.

Please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible….
