Dear Sir,

My Self Rakesh M Patel I had 1 Honda City Zx Model Care No -GJ1 HK 9257 ,I Had Given My Car to Landmark Honda city Show Room Mehsana For Body Work & Accidental Repair Work for ( Minor Left Window Glass Brocken & Side Door Repainting Work )

At the Time Of My Car Submission Mr. Nilesh Tech .Manager had Check My Complete Car and they Also Make & Job Sheet He also Mention Every Thing Before As Per His Norms & Check list & Nothing Problem Related to Any Operating System At That Time

I had Only Minor Body Work & Window Glass Work & My Rest Of the Mechanism Related to Operating System Was Working Absolutely Fine

They Gave me 20 -25 Days’ Time the Total Billed of Rs 45000 Approx. For Claim Process Under (Covered United Insurance ) & I had Paid Complete Amount
On 22 July But After Being Amount ,When I Check My Car At His Workshop Itself I found There is an Problem Related to Start My Car while checking I found Lock System Was Not Working Also There was Issue in Central Lock Door Not Closed Auto Through Key

I Raised & Issue With Tec Manager & Told about the Issue He Told His Tec to Check & Advise me to Come After 2-3 Hrs. So I not Took My Car Custody & Came Back Again after 3 Hrs They Told Me to Pay Extra 10000 Rs For Lock System & Told Me Its Ware & Tare Cost Not Our Fault

I Raised Objecting For that Because My Car Was under Their Custody for almost 20 Days form 4 July to 22 July & When I given My Car My Every Operating System Was Working Fine Mr Nilesh Himself Check My Car Before they Took Custody

But When I Received Back They Created 4 New Problem I Requested Everything I had Also Mention On Their Job Sheet, After Lost of Discussion They Only Agree For Labor Charge s Waiver & 1 Parts FOC Which Was V. Low Cost & Also Not In Stock So Nothing Done & They Took Unnecessary 10000 Rs form Me

I had Mention Every Thing Job Sheet Pls Check

But It Seems to Me They Don’t care for Customer Satisfaction & Rights & Not Lessons Any Thing & Told Me To Pay Forcefully , Which I had Paid to Them to Take My Car Back

This Is Totally My Worst Experience & Feel Its Barden Cost to Me They took against Was Not My Fault Also

I Also Raised Complain to Landmark Honda on 23 July Customer Care SR No 1-3084804471 But After So Many Follow up Almost 1 Week I had Not Get Any Satisfaction Revert from Them

At Last I came to You With Losts Of Hope Its My Humble Request Please Help for My Refund Amount 10000 Rs
