My Complaint Description:
I'm facing a serious trouble due to my SBI card's excess billing from last two months.

1. SBI card has charged Rs. 7250.28 on dated 5/11/15 but I've used this card only for the payment of Rs. 5500 and Rs. 1324. Therefore the total amount should be Rs. (5500+1324)= Rs. 6824. I've been charged unnecessarily Rs. 7250 instead of Rs. 6824.

2. Card has also charged Rs. 4971.99 on dated 05/12/2015 but I've used this card for the payment of Rs.632 + Rs 1005 = Rs. 1637 only. Again I've been charged Rs. 4971.99 instead of Rs. 1637.

It's a unnecessary harassment for me and SBI agents are not taking any step regarding this matter. Amount was debited automatically from my Saving Bank account. So many times I've emailed and called in their customer care section. I need reimbursement for this extra amount what I've paid already.
