Dtd: 21-12-2015 Ref.No.: 13089 of UNIQUE, DBZ-South-106, 1st Floor, Gandhidham (Kutch) 370201 Gujarat. (Mob: 8401532033)
Dtd:21-12-15 (3pm):-
I had given the Karboun ST72 Tablet for Charging socket Change at 3:15 pm (21-12-15). The representative who issued be above token no. told me to collect the same by 5pm or 6pm today.
At 6pm i call regarding the status of my tablet on above mobile no., he replied that he had not yet checked and it will be done by 7:30pm. So i reached the shop after 8:15pm, but still it was not been checked by the person stating reason that they had lot of other work and shall be done tomorrow afternoon.
Dtd: 22-12-15 (12:38pm) : I called on above mobile no. & told me that it is in process and shall be done in afternoon and i told them that i shall collect at 1pm or 1:30 pm.
Instead of collecting I called them at 4:38 pm, he told me that his both machines are not working and so he cannot check and he had ordered new machine, which will arrive at 7pm, there I told him "when you cannot repair my tablet then why did you took the responsiblity and delayed my time giving such excusses and finally i told him that if you can't repair then replace me the same as it is purchased from your shop.So finally at 7:52pm i made a call again to confirm the status. He said that the new machine will arrive in the morning and then it will be repaired, so in harsh tone i told him that i would like to speak to your boss or your senior, but his senior told me that if you want you can take your tablet back or else keep it when the new machine will arrive we will repair and revert you the same.
