My Complaint Description:
I bought Infocus M350 mobile from snapdeal, after some time there was problem of speaker with the handset. The ring volume was very low, hardly hear phone ringing. On visiting service centre they inspected the phone and told that speaker is faulty. I requested them to replace. They told me deposit your handset with service centre and after 4-5 days they will get spares and repair it. I requested them to forward the complaint and get the speaker and inform me, i will get it replaced. they told it is company policy. I told what should i do 4-5 days without handset. They told either you get it repaired from outsede or buy another one. Written several mails and phone to their helpline nos. for the details of concerend person who is looking after sale service, but no details were provided. No address/details are available on internet. On contacting their website they blocked me from giving any comment.
Customers looing to buy new phones are adviced not to use INFOCUS products, because nobody cars after selling their product.
