My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir/Madam,

I am user of spidigo, residing at Gota, Ahmedabad – 382481. There is no internet connection since last 7 days. I've been calling to their customer care but no one came to fix it. My username is "[email protected]". I am doing IT business and most of my work is based on internet. I always need to be online 24 hours.

As there is no internet since last 7 days I need to use my mobile internet. I spend money recharging it. I keep caling to customer care but no one comes to fix it. I kept calling to engineer whose no was provided by Spidigo named Anilbhai but he never received call.

Beause of no internet connection I am losing my business. I am having difficulties arranging online meetings with my clients and they are very unhappy with my work.

This sort of problem hasnt happened first time. I registered complains before as well. And sent emails to [email protected] I can provide you proof of that as well. But i've never got any reply from them ever.

Please help me fix the problem, I would be really grateful to you and Indian Government.
