My Complaint Description:
I was not happy with the internet service provider called Tikona and decided to disconnect my internet service. On 18th of October I logged a disconnection request. Normally it takes about 10 days to deactivate the service, thats what the customer care department said and I'm sure they have the phone call recordings as well to prove this.
Now it has been more then a month but still nothing happened. I have been calling to customer care since the beginning of the month to know the progress of my disconnection request but they have not given me any information regarding this matter. I've emailed them too just because I thought customer care staff would not have an appropriate knowledge to resolve the query and I may get proper guidance from another department but there is no hope for any co operation by the company.
I have all the details, reference numbers, emails etc which I kept safe for just in case situation. I can present all factual evidences if needed. Now I'm tired calling them because they just pick up the call to tell me that your request is in progress.
