My Complaint Description:
Since i have taken Internet service on 9th October 2015 by paying 2000 cash to tikona for 2 month advance rental and installation charges. Since the first day we are able to use internet properly as connectivity issue and after several complains also no support or solution given by tikona till now. Since 3 month we are using internet with the disturbing connectivity issue.
Whenever we call to customer care number the person always disconnect line or by chance technical person do visit to my home he says disconnect the connection if i am not satisfied. whenever i ask for refund they say you used the connection. But they never provided the service as the committed to me before buying the connection.
Please help to get refund of my amount or solve the connection problem with tikona as no one answer the email or call.
