My Complaint Description:
I got a plan of 12+3 month gtpl internet broadband (plan Economy 512) of rs.5500/- on 30/4/2015 from mr. abhay rathod. (Gtpl broad band sales executive)
From this first day to till today i got continuous dis connectivity in my internet broadband service with continuous 651 error. I call them on their helpline service 1800 419 0419 and i also call their gujarat area nodel officer kapil mishra for this problem. I also go to theit technical service at vinayak flat 4 th floor dakshini maninagar. but every time they told me that they resolve my problem and give me permanent solution. but they fail till today. I have proof of all call record of my complaint to their executives on 1800 419 0419 and also their nodel officer from first day to till today.
I user this internet only for 20-25 days only with much dis continuity.

I decided that i do not want their service right now and i want my money back.Please help me.
