My Complaint Description:
Dear tikona,
I am getting very bad connectivity of internet at my place. this internet connection works fine for approximately 2 minute and then it gets disconnected. I am facing this problem since 12 september. earlier i was using BSNL broadband which was far better. I complained several times to customer care numbers i.e. 1800 20 94276 and 02240629629 but every time your customer care executive gives me some solutions which works for 5 to 10 minutes and again problem appears.
I am just giving you details histry of calls to your customer care numbers
16-09-2015 (7:00 PM) – my internet was not working since 2 PM so i called to customer care at 7 PM. at that time officer said that there is some problem in connection so he told me to wait for 24 hours to rectify problem and we will inform you to send sms.. even though that problem was not solved after 24 hours, tikona customer care not even sent me sms written that my problem is solved…(How ridiculous!!!!!!)

17-09-2015 (Whole day) – the whole day was passed in contacting tikona customer care only. my internet connection was not working so i contected them 6-7 times but they couldnt solve my problem. for each call i have to stick to phone for atleast 20 minutes each. and the most funniest thing is that every time officer made me promise that after that call my problem will be solved but they were wrong. finally at around 8PM officer wait for next 24 hours.
right now i am tired of all these. i lost peace of my mind.

finally today 19-09-2015 my internet connection was not working so i contected them but they still couldnt solve my problem.
now officer told me that sir wait for next 8 hours your problem will be solved in next 8 hours.
IS THIS YOUR NASTY POLICY TO SNATCH MONEY FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO TRUST IN YOUR SERVICE?
This is my most humble request to you people is that either resolve my problem or refund my money back.
Sorry for some hard words but hope that you can understand my frustration
