My Complaint Description:
This is Dushyant Savani from Surat – Katargam,recently I made a complain but in eager I wrote 10499 as claim but the payment was 15999 but I don't won't 1000 rs security deposit so I claimed 14999 .
Here is the issue :
I Bought a internet connection from you broadband at 5 -10 -2015, after they took a payment they started the service at 15-10-2015,between these days I called a executive to start service about 25 times but sometimes they don't pickup phone ,sometimes they extend the date. At anyhow they did the connection at 15-10-2015. Within 2 days ,that was closed,I got the modem error, they fixed in next day, on the next day once again there was error 651 ,I called two times to customer care they fixed in that day. After one day once again 651 error at night,I goes to you broadband office and told them how can this be ,3 times error in just 4 days? They told it is a cable problem, I asked for refund they refused to do. Yesterday once again I got the modem error and the internet connection is not working on y router, now what is the meaning of the internet of it run one day and stop for one day, I want my refund because this connection is not Worthy for my business , I am doing import export business ,that is requires consistance internet connection.I really want a refund for this type of worst service. Please help me regarding this issue.
