Dear Sir,

It is shocking that I got massage from Vodafone that they will add Rs. 2550 bill in my next payment cycle, which is already paid them 6 month back and proof of same is produced to them.
I had clearly communicated with slip of payment receipt provided by them I have cleared all due suggested to me by vodafone on date 29th July 2014 and payed Rs 2450 to transfer phone to MPCG circle from Gujart. Also I had humbly asked them if you are really need money please provide detail based on which they can ask any payment and Vodafone is failed to submit me detail break up of each and every charge of that bill cycle.

I hope the forrum will help me to brought justice and ask vodafone to pay me below.
1. Rs 25000 conpensatory damages for mental harrasment and time wasted in communicaiton with vodafone.
2. Rs 75000 punitive damages for intentional unethical conduct to harass customer.
