Subject – Crediting Australian Dollar to Shailesh Shah.

Kind Attention : HDFC Bank, Aditi (Branch Manager Chikoowadi) / Suchita / Deepali.

My son have Transferred 115 Australian Dollar i.e. Rs.5013.75 (Five Thousands Thirteen Rupees and Seventy Five Paisa only) to my HDFC Bank Account on 18th August 2015. But Till date the same has not yet got credited in my account. Ac no. 50100064399530. We have followed up with your bank thrice a week, but you have failed to confirm the same for crediting the amount in respective account. Always we have heard the same will be credited in our account at the earliest but till date i.e. 15th Sept 2015, I have not received the amount. It Has been almost a month, transferring the amount.

We also had bad experience with HDFC Bank Chikoowadi branch only where, one of our cheque was returned after a period of nine months. Such kind of service is totally NOT acceptable. We are dependent on our son income which he transfers to our account and You banks are not crediting even after providing you all the required details. Please stop harassing the common man for your greedy need.

Request you to kindly look into matter at the earliest and get the credit in my account.
