My Complaint Description:
It is very painful to come across this kind of very worst service and the customer support from the very well known network service provider of india, the Airtel.
It was yesterday night, as my 3G internet services was not working since 3 days (still not working) on my mobile, i called the customer care almost 8-10 times. in initial calls, they suggested some steps every time, which i followed 2-3 times.
But every time, it didn't work, i called again and again to get my issue fixed. but than after executives put my calls on hold saying "transferring to higher executive"and after some amount of time, the call was disconnected every time fron network side saying "all executive are busy at the moment, call some time later". i faced this thing more than a 10 times between 11PM to 1 AM 24th-25th of September 2015. this is pathetic, right now my internet and also network itself not working.
Even if there any issue from the network side, it should be fixed from their end. valuable customer should not be treated like this.
