My Complaint Description:
I ordered Nutriglow 3in1 Jewel facial Kit on 1st Jan'2016 and it was delivered the next day on my above mentioned address. But the product was damagaed so i immediately called the customer care and informed them the same,they told me that reverse pick up & refund will be done within 7-10 working days. To my surprise,nobody came for the next 7 days and so i kept calling them & asking them the status of my request. And as there number is not toll free,everytime it took 8-10 minutes explaining them the issue and whenever i asked tyhem to escalate my call,they disconnect it. After so many calls,at last the order was picked up on 12th Jan and shockingly the courier guy from parcelled.in had some fake mobile number 9999999999 in the records. Now 2 days after this i called customer care ti ask them the status that the product must have reached their warehouse but still they had the same attitude and kept disconnecting my calls. In total i made around 500 rs call to them. Now after showing them some hard attitude,they called me on 25th Jan for asking my bank account details but when i asked for compensation they rudely disconnected the call & same happened today on 27th Jan. I need compensation for this inconvenience caused to me. I need my order amount paid that is 1148 + compensation for calls made to them & inconvenience caused to the.
