My Complaint Description:
My Father Chandubhai Patel had purchased Maruti Suzuki Swift Dezire on 30.08.12 from Amar Car -Gorwa, due to their reason that they are assembling the parts and washing the car we get the vehicle delivered to us by 9.00 p.m.
Since it was no sunlight we do not get the proper idea that the Headlamp is foggy and can not deliver the proper light focus in night due to which during the night driving vision will became difficult.
For this particular problem si our two headlamps and another is still to be changed. For this we had requested and reminded tonce first service we are requesting to the staff for changing said lamps. As a result they changed one of staff, manager and others by personally, telephonic, by mail lots of time.
Since last three years, At the time of renewal of Insurance Policy WE argued that we only continue you as our insurance agent if you can resolve the problem or we switch the insurance company and as a result for getting policy, They had send their service team also to take photographs and fill the form to change this lamps and after getting INSURANCE CHEQUE from us, nobody is come back to us.
We send mails with attachment of said headlamp's photographs still it is not done and after our these many efforts, after becoming helpless we requesting you to help us out in this case and get the Lamp replaced.
