MY MOBILE NO. IS 9460050739 DUE TO LAST ONE YEAR I AM POSSE-LED, THE AIRCEL COMPANY DEDUCTED MORE BALANCE IN MY NET MOBILE BALANCE REGARDING TO DIALER TUNE. I AM DEACTIVATED THIS DIALER TUNE SOME TIME BUT DUE TO SAME DAYS THE DIALER TUNE AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED ON MY NO. REGARDING TO THIS MATTER I COMPANION ON THE AIRCEL TOLL-FREE NO. BUT THEY DID NOT HELP ME AND NEXT TIME THE BALANCE DEDUCTED ON MY NO. 9460050739. PLEASE GIVE ME HELP I AM UP-SAT REGARDING TO DEDUCTION OF BALANCE. IN ONE YEAR APPROX 200 AMOUNT IS DEDUCTED IN MY MOBILE BALANCE .

    We would like to inform you that we have checked your account details and have found that the Moc Service was activated in your account after due consent from your end in lieu of which the services were activated via WAP on 06/12/2015 and charged Rs.30 for same. We regret to inform that we are unable to process any kind of adjustment in this regard.
