Defective Item received on 03/04/2015
Complaint lodge on 04/08/2015 for replacement.
Now Sanpdeal having money already with them as advance, asking to first return the defective item rather than replacing the defective item. What they call it as Snapdeal policy.
We understand that this type of cheating the customer in the name of Cash on Delivery system.
Hope your kind intervention in the matter so that they do not fool the people in the name of Sanpdeal policy.

    We are in receipt of Induction Cook Top on replacement basis from Snapdeal on 22/08/2015.
