I HAVE PURCHASED DELL INSPIRON LAPTOP FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER/RETAILER, DATED 16/03/2015 WITH 1 YEAR ACCIDENTAL WARRANTY TOO. WITHIN 2 MONTHS OF ITS PURCHASE THE PROBLEMS START.
ON 08/05/2015: PROBLEM FOUND IN KEYBOARD AND REPLACED ON 11/05/2015
ON 22/05/2015: AGAIN PROBLEM IN KEYBOARD AND REPLACED ON 27/05/2015
ON 10/06/2015: FOUND PROBLEM IN TOUCH PAD AND REPLACED ON 12/06/2015
ON 18/06/2015: SYSTEM COMPLETELY STOP AND REPLACED MOTHERBOARD ON 24/06/2015
ON 01/07/2015: AGAIN SYSTEM COMPLETELY STOPS AND REPLACED MOTHERBOARD AND USB POT ON 07/07/2015
ON 14/07/2015: AGAIN SYSTEM COMPLETELY STOP AND MAKE NOTICE AGAINST THEM. AFTER THAT THEY MAKE CONFORMATION FOR LAST CHANCE FOR REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT'S PART ON 14/09/2015. TECHNICAL PERSON COME ON 16/09/2015 AND TRY TO REPAIR PRODUCT BUT CAN NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND GIVEN ANOTHER DAY APPOINTMENT TO REPAIR THE PRODUCT AND COME ON 18/09/2015 AND STILL NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND AGAIN MAKE APPOINTMENT FOR 21/09/2015.
I THINK THEY HAVE REPLACED SECOND HAND REPAIR PARTS WITH NEW ONE AND ALSO MAKE MY LAPTOP QUALITY THIRD CLASS. I HAVE PURCHASED IT FOR MY MASTERS STUDY BUT NOT ABLE TO USE IT SINGLE DAY STILL NOW.
SO NOW I AM THINKING TO GO FOR MORE LEGAL ACTION AND PUT A MENTAL HARASSMENT CASE AND FRAUD CASE ON DELL INDIA PVT LTD.
