My Complaint Description:
i had paid 100 percent advance payment Rs.70,490 on the official website thedostore of Lenovo on 01.09.2015. Received laptop on 07.09.2015. it never got started so i had complained via email, customer care no., etc.on 08.09.2015.i have been continuoulsy following up since then. they asked me to get the laptop checked at an authorised service centre of Lenovo. Even they said its Dead on Arrival – motherboard problem and had given Service Report for the same. Requesting lenovo for refund of full payment. i have sent many emails, but no concrete response yet. i had made many phone calls on customer care, but they are transferring the problem from one department to another since last 1 month
The Invoice No. is 100073703, Service Request number is 8005619598. Service order no.is 7006935649.
Lenovo issued Dead on Arrival Certificate and entitlement of Refund of Rs.70,490/-. They have also arranged reverse pick up of the faulty laptop but after that no response.
Request to please help further to save my heard earned money by refund of full amount. Continuously following up with them since 1 month, but no result yet.
