My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir/Madam,

I have arranged some documents to be sent to my home address in Anand (Gujarat) from Pune via BLUE DART courier service provider.The charges paid for the service were for delivery within 24 hours. However, its almost 3 days and not received any courier. This are very important documents I needed for my application in UK and that is why chose this 24 hours delivery service. But, when tracking the courier online it says that the courier reached Baroda (Gujarat) on 02/12/15, the very next day after posting, it was in Baroda around 10 AM, however it wouldn't have taken not more than 2 hours to get it delivered to Anand. It didn't get deliver that day and on the third day(ie 03/12/15) after posting its is showing that it arrived in Anand at 12.00 pm and out with delivery driver to get it delivered. But even after 5 hours of that status the courier is not delivered and considering how small Anand city is, it cannot take 5 hours.

I would be very grateful if you can please look into this matter and teach blue dart a lesson that if the money is taken from customer then they are obliged to provide the service.

The AWB no for the courier is 3991845713 and was posted on 01 December 2015 and hasn't reached my home address in Anand yet.
