Hello Sir/Ma'am,

I had sent a courier (22Kg Tracking number-D21509662) on 5th October'15 from Bangalore to Gandhinagar,Gujarat. Today It's 20th October'15 and it still didn't reached to the destination. Below mentioned are the steps taken by me.
1) I called DTDC Gandhinagar branch, they asked me to call DTDC Ahmedabad branch. Then I called ahmedabad branch on 15th cotober'15 and inquired about my courier. They asked me to sent a complaint email to [email protected] and I did that on the same day.
2) after 2 days I called DTDC Bangalore branch, from where I sent the courier. They told me that the courier has been reached to Ahmedabad and it will be delivered on Monday 19th October.
3) On 19th October, I called Bangalore branch as well as Ahmedabad branch and still I didn't get the courier as well as proper assurance from customer team.
Today when I called DTDC customer service, Ahmedabad (contact no-079-30610701), they are just telling me to wait, they are taking actions on my complaint. But still I don't have any hope from them and after 15 days. So, I'm writing this to you.
I sincerely request you to take proper actions.
