Dear sir,
User I'd is 1108812283

Tikona digital network broadband provider is fraud company. My bill cycle of 6 month renewal dt.25/06/2015. But before my renual i got problem for so many days. I request in customer care and disconnect. Dt. 10/07/2015 I got call from tikona and said that given last chance service problem not happen again and also said you will use service one week if any kind of problem not happend then you will continue and pay others not to pay anything. But after two days of service active suddenly closed connectivity. They not responding of call. After someday my call connect and again disconnect service. On dt.21/07/2015 again tikona officer call me and request to activate
And said me to use service. I request that if one week service work I would continue they agree. But in two or three days again internet connection problem. My now I finally decided to close service. And close service. So many days I got payment massage. I call customer they said me its computer generated massage ignor it you would not pay anything your service must be closed. After one month my service not close I call customer care . but not pick up. Now I got mail of legal notice. Any they charge everytime 100+100+100…….

So please help me out.
