Dear Sir,
My you broadband A/c no is : 1304122
This requesting you to pls look into my request and do the needful to provide me justice, as several time I had made complain for worst broadband service to youbroadband customer care as well as personally met to youbroadband executive at their old padraroad office (Mrs. Dipali Bhatt, Mr. Pravin Patel, Mrs. Payal Shah- 9099900756,7600023773) they just give fake commitments and not bothered to resolve customer complains, they just cheat, even after constant complain no concrete action has been initiated we are still not getting the desire service from M/s. You broadband.
I had attached copy of written complain to Youbroadband acknowledged copy for your ready reference along with you braodband customer registration form copy, pls Let me know if you need any further information from my end to take action against you broadband. There are several other you broadband user who are also facing the same problem which I am facing they are also ready to support me.
