RESPECTED SIR, I HAD BUY EATON 40 KVA ONLINE UPS FROM M.N.INDUSTRIES DEALER OF EATON WITH 3 YEARS WARRANTY(PURCHASE DATE & INVOICE NO IS (1)MN/PCPL/13/7466 24/08/2013, (2) MN/PCPL/13/7465 19/08/2015 & (3) MNI/PC/7462 16/08/2013
I HAD SUBMITTED A COMPLAIN ON 15/09/2015 VIA MAIL ABOUT FAULT IN UPS(NOT WORKING) BUT THEY DIDN'T GIVE PROPER RESPONDED BY SAYING THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF WARRANTY THEN I SEND MY INVOICE AND P.O. COPY N THEY AGREED TO GIVE SERVICE BUT THE SERVICE IS VERY BAD TILL 4/11/2015 THE UPS WAS NOT ABLE TO RUN DUE TO NO PARTS AVAILABLE EVERY DAY WE CALL MR. KULKURNI FOR OUR PROBLEM AND HE SAYS PARTS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN 1-2 DAYS ITS IN DELHI AFTER THAT THEY SAYS YOUR UPS HAVING SOME MANUFACTURE FAULT WE WILL REPLACE YOUR UPS IN 4-5 DAYS TILL TODAY UPS IS NOT REPLACED ON 4/11/2015 THE SERVICE ENGINEER REPLACE SOME PARTS N UPS WILL BE ABLE TO RUN BUT ONLY FOR FEW DAYS WITHIN 10-15 DAYS AGAIN UPS IS NOT WORKING.
I HAVE MAKE LOT OF LOSS DUE TO FAULTY UPS BAD PARTS AND SERVICE
I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THE PRODUCT IS NOT ABLE TO WORK , BAD SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY PARTS
THIS IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST THAT I GET ALL MY RIGHTS BACK
