I booked a Ola Cab on 22.01.2016 at around 12.50 pm through your App. The car came to keep me up at Howrah Station. When I boarded the car some policeman called the driver telling him that this is not the proper place to list passenger. Telling this, the Driver was taken a little distance away and the police booth and where communicating the driver.
After a while, the driver returned to the car and started violent and rough languages to me. Telling that I will have to pay the amount of fine that has been imposed upon him. The throwing of word were utterly this respectful and disgraceful to a Gentle and generous citizen. I would like to state here that my wife given me companionship and we are returning from Mumbai having medical treatment there. The violent attitude the driver went so far and loud that the police personnel have to intervence and scolded the driver for his attitude and started it was interely his fault. In that time I called to ola customer care and I launch a report verbally.
I am surprised that the driver of a reputed company like ola cab has such improper trained that he can speak and say anything and behave such
notoriously with the humble citizen.
I request for your kind intervention and proper action. The cab no. is WB-04-G-5361 and CIN is 176300473. I already put a complain to ola mail id. But still now i dont no which type of steps against the driver.
