My Airtle mobile number 9429836321,
I am using Zydus compony plan for airtel
My data plan was completed on 25th sept., I had call to custmor care 121 services – For new internet plan,
On 24th Sept. – Mr Alok (121 services) offered me 90rs 2GB plan and told me u can active it. No extra charges will be allowable.
On 25th Sept. – Mr Ronak (121 services) had started my plan
On 27th Sept – My outgoing services was terminated without any notice given to me though its not my fault.
On 27th i had complained to Mrs Dipti (121 services) she told your total problem will be solve within 24 hours (Still not solved)
On 28th Sept. – at Evening i had visited Isanpur Airtel Store – there Mr Ashvin and Mr Darshak had taken my complain and processed further. Told me 48hrs me apaka problem complete solve ho jayega and outgoing services will be start soon.
On 28th – Outgoing not started.
On 29th – Outgoing not started
On 30th Sept- Visited again airtel store – He told me your 4 hour me outgoing start and on monday your billing problem will be solved (Still not solved)
On 30th Sept- I had called 121 services and talk to the store manager Mr Vishal and Senior manager Mr Nirav – Told me 24 hour me apka problem solve ho jayega – Still not solved
On 1st outgoing services start
On 2nd Oct- Outgoing services stopped again without informing. I had request to custmor care for 1 hour its my compony card I am getting too big lost on bussiness but they only told technical problem hai nahi ho sakta.
On 3 rd Oct on monday – I had complain to Isanpur store my billing problem not solved why, they told under process and my out going services they had started on 4th oct morning
I had also complain regarding this to 121 mail services and also to the nodal officer mail services. but they stopped my outgoing services again yesterday. I had again complain to 121 call and to the isanpur store still no response given.

From Last 15 day they just doing 24 hr me ho jayega means they are westing my time due to my outgoing services blocked by airtel custmor care i had gone lost much lost in my work.
