I had ordered a Mi10400 mAh power bank fromwww.bookmyoffer.com having reference number 80467720354273. I got a faulty product in delivery.When I tried to contact their customer care helpline no(+91-8010001133), and mail id (cc@bookmyoffer.com) not getting any response from their side.
It's my humble request to you to replace it with a new one consisting all the required
assecories or please refund my money back.
Please refund or replace with a good one,
